Whether it’s your first home or if you’re an experienced buyer, purchasing a home is a complex process. My job is to guide you through that from start to finish.
I’ll help you identify a home in the neighborhood where you want to live, one that fits your budget and one that meets your criteria for features, quality and value.
Once you’ve found that home, I will guide you through the process of making an offer and getting it accepted, negotiating the terms of the sale, getting your potential home inspected, repair and appraised, and moving forward to the day you close escrow and your purchase becomes your home. And I will still be a trusted contact and resource for you long after you are all settled in.
