Whether it’s your first time selling a home or you’ve done it all before, selling a home is a complex process. My job is to guide you through that from start to finish.
I’ll consult with you on the preparation of your home for sale, and when ready, provide you with a Comparative Market Analysis to help you determine your home’s value and appropriate pricing. I will see to the listing and marketing of your home, help you assess offers and then negotiate on your behalf. I’ll make sure that you provide your buyer with all the disclosures and information that you are bound by the contract to supply, be sure all transaction documentation is complete and all contract timelines are met. I’ll keep you updated and informed every step of the way, right through to the completion of the sale. And I will still be a trusted contact and resource for you long after that happens.
